We’re only seven miles from Kennett Square, where you can (for instance) attend a symphony orchestra, visit a museum, or tour Longwood Gardens, one of the nation’s premier arboretums. We’re also within 10 miles of more than 20 golf courses. But whether you’re returning from a day trip, or a trip around the world, you want a home base that feels like...well...home. Which is why we offer so many residence choices, with plenty of space and all kinds of options.
Our cottages are up to 2,300 square feet in size, with features like eat-in kitchens, optional dens, and extra storage. Some even have walk-out basements, with up to 1,600 additional square feet. If an apartment home is more your style, our spectrum of options ranges from cozy one-bedrooms with full kitchens and private balconies to two-bedroom homes with two full baths, a dining room, study, den, and two glassed-in sunrooms. All our apartment buildings connect to our Alison Community Center, so you’re just steps away from our theatre, four dining rooms, a pub, library, gift shop, bank, and beauty shop.
